Oracle E-Business Suite Software Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and table structures, APIs and Oracle coding standards.
- Build solutions including but not limited to, Oracle SQL scripts, PL/SQL Packages, Procedures & Functions, Forms, and Reports, BI/XML Publisher Reports, Business Intelligence Reports, Application Express Reports, OAF extensions, workflows, interfaces to extend Oracle EBS functionality based on user requirements by following Oracle recommended standards and adhering internally established development standards, change management processes.
- Takes directions from and works with senior members of the Oracle EBS & Application Team.
- Work with the Internal IT Team, SME’s and end users to understand the functional and technical requirements.
- Provide day-to-day Oracle EBS technical support to business customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
- Review requirement documents, create and maintain technical design and other required documents per the Standards and Processes.
- Demonstrate and continually develop solid working knowledge with the Oracle Applications architecture for Oracle R12, Database Server RDBMS: 19c, SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Developer10g toolset (Forms and Reports), Linux, Oracle WF Builder, BI/XML Publisher, OA Framework and ADF toolsets, Business Intelligence, SOA and Oracle Apex.
- Written and verbal communication and presentation skills to gather or exchange information with internal and external customers on factual matters.
- Act as a backup for other IT team members in cross-trained functions as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Oracle Techno/Functional Architect to support the E-Business Application.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 7 years E-Business Suite, 12.2.x or higher, technical support experience.
- Experience with implementation E-Business Suite 12.2.x.
- Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, PA, FA, CM, Procurement, and Budgeting).
- Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle HR and Advanced Benefits (OAB).
- Oracle Workflow.
- Grants Management experience.
- BI Publisher Reports and Bursting experience.
- JDeveloper and OAF Experience.
- Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Experienced in Java Programming.
- Experienced with Oracle SOA Suite.
- Oracle APEX development experience.
- Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports).
- SQL and PL/SQL Programing.
- Experience working with Toad/Oracle SQL Developer.
- Experience working with Oracle 12c and above relational databases.
- Experience with Unix/Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience with Oracle API’s.
- Experience with using AIM Application implementation methodology and documents.
- Knowledge of developing Oracle Fast Formulas.
- Knowledge of developing Oracle WebADI’s.
- Experience with developing and supporting SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite of Products (Office, SharePoint, Visio).
- Experience gathering requirements and architecting technical solutions.
- Ability to make presentations to technical teams and business users.
